Meticulously developed from the finest materials and built with innovative features, Yamaha Custom saxophones provide rich sounds and an expressive feel to elevate the performance level of even the best saxophonists. 

The YTS875-EXG has been developed over several decades of painstaking research and trials involving some of the world’s greatest saxophonists. Featuring a smooth response and a refined sound full of rich colours. It has a reassuringly solid feel yet a quick and nimble playing action, a wide dynamic range, stunning projection, and an authoritative tone with a beautifully designed tonal core.

The brass body is left unlacquered and plated with beautiful bright gold plating. The lack of lacquer does mean occasional cleaning is required to maintain the finish. However, the added layer of resonant precious metal gives more projection and a wonderful extra dimension to the sound.
