How are instruments packaged for shipping?
Saxophones ship in double boxes with custom padding, mouthpieces in protective cases, and all items receive climate-appropriate packaging. Our specialized methods prevent damage during transit.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes – Standard Shipping includes full tracking from warehouse to door. Free Shipping includes basic tracking. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
DHL/FedEx will typically attempt delivery 3 times before returning to sender. For valuable instruments, we recommend arranging for someone to accept delivery or selecting a hold-at-location option when available.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return for most items. We provide prepaid return labels for defective items and guide you through safe repacking of instruments.
Are there any return restrictions?
Due to hygiene considerations, mouthpieces and reeds may have special return conditions. Please contact us before returning these items.
What if my instrument arrives damaged?

How long do refunds take to process?
